Who I Am and Who I Reach
How Felicity Finds is a lifestyle blog and content platform built around a genuinely distinctive story, mine. An AuDHD, perimenopausal mum restoring a Grade II listed Victorian farmhouse in the village of Thornton-le-Dale, North Yorkshire.
My audience is women aged 35–50. They are educated, independent, and increasingly done with content that doesn’t reflect their real lives. They follow me because I don’t dress things up. And they stay because the story is ongoing, honest, and impossible to replicate.
If you’re a brand looking to reach women in their forties through content that feels genuinely useful rather than obviously sponsored, I’d love to hear from you.

What My Audience Looks Like
My audience is primarily women aged 35–55, based predominantly in the UK. They are homeowners, parents, and professionals — women who are navigating the intersection of perimenopause, neurodivergence, and a life in transition. Most have disposable income, high purchase intent, and a strong preference for honest, personal recommendations over polished advertising.
They engage most with content that feels real, and save content that is useful. They share content that says what they couldn’t say themselves.
My Content Pillars
My content is built around four pillars — each one a genuine part of my daily life, and each one a direct route to a specific segment of my audience.
Victorian Farmhouse Renovation — the restoration of Hall Farm, a Grade II listed Victorian farmhouse in North Yorkshire. Content includes room reveals, design decisions, renovation progress, and the honest reality of owning a listed building. Brands in homeware, interiors, tools, paints, and heritage products are a natural fit here.
Village Life in Thornton-le-Dale — rural living in one of North Yorkshire’s most beautiful villages. Content includes local guides, walks, slow living, and the community that comes with a move to a village. Brands in food, outdoor living, rural lifestyle, and travel are well placed here.
The ND Life — AuDHD and perimenopause, honestly told. Content includes practical tools, personal experience, and the research behind the lived reality of being a neurodivergent woman in midlife. Brands in women’s health, wellness, supplements, and neurodivergent tools are the strongest fit.
Family Life — raising three neurodiverse boys while managing your own late diagnosis and a house renovation. Content includes routines, parenting, and the slower pace of rural life. Brands in family, education, and lifestyle are at home here.

Who I Work With
I work with brands whose products and values genuinely align with my content and my audience. The partnerships that work best are ones where I already use, believe in, or would actively recommend what you make — because my audience can tell the difference, and so can I.
Sectors I work with include:
- Home renovation, interiors, and heritage properties
- Women’s health, perimenopause, and hormonal wellbeing
- Neurodivergent tools, supplements, and lifestyle products
- Rural lifestyle, outdoor living, and countryside brands
- Family, parenting, and neurodiverse education
I do not work with brands whose products conflict with my values or would feel dishonest to my audience. I will always be transparent about the nature of any partnership in line with ASA guidelines.
Types of Collaboration
Brand Partnerships — longer-term or campaign-based collaborations involving multiple pieces of content across Instagram, Facebook, and the blog. Ideal for brands seeking a sustained, authentic presence among a niche audience.
Gifted Content — product or experience gifted in exchange for honest coverage. All gifted content is clearly disclosed in line with ASA guidelines. I only accept gifted products I would genuinely use and share with my audience.
All content is created in my own voice, reflects my honest experience of the product, and is integrated naturally into my existing content — not produced as standalone advertising.
