As a Neurodivergent mum with three Neurodiverse boys, I know how hard daily life can feel. Supporting yourself is tough. Supporting your children at the same time can feel overwhelming. You work hard to make sure they get the understanding, help, and adjustments they need. You try to keep routines steady and emotions calm. All the while, you do everything you can to avoid burning out.

Then menopause arrives, bringing a whole new set of challenges. The strategies you relied on start to slip away. Skills that once felt solid begin to fail. You may even worry that you’re facing early-onset dementia. It’s confusing and frightening. Many Neurodivergent women experience the same struggles. You are not alone, believe me, I’ve been there! There are ways to navigate this stage with support and hope.
